Slough Safeguarding Children Partnership

Working together

This page was last updated February 2025

Slough Safeguarding partnership brings together key leaders, practitioners and managers in the public and voluntary sector who provide services to our local residents. The partnership co-ordinates our work to safeguard children and adults who need our help and protection, providing scrutiny and challenge and communicating key messages to our local community on safeguarding matters.

It is a legal requirement to have a partnership, as working together, in a co-ordinated way provides the best help and support to people who need it.

Statutory guidance Working Together to Safeguard Children 2023 was published in December 2023 and is our main guidance document in relation to safeguarding children and partnership working.
